Atlantic City Casinos are closed with a tentative re-open date of April 2nd.

Vegas Casinos are closed with a tentative re-open date of April 16th.

Norwegian Cruise Line is not sailing until May 10th.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is not sailing until May 12th.

Celebrity Cruise Line is not sailing until May 12th.

Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Lines are not sailing to Alaska until July 2nd.

Princess Cruise Line is not sailing until May 25th.

 

 

Caesars Rewards Updates during Corona Interruption

Amid ongoing concern about the corona virus COVID-19, Caesars Entertainment’s top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our members. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing around the evolving situation, and we're committed to being responsive and flexible to our members' needs. The Caesars Rewards team will do everything possible to ensure the following:

  • All scheduled Reward Credit expirations have been paused until at least September 1, 2020.
  • We will make updates to the requirements for earning Tier Status.
  • We will ensure that all the Experience Credit redemptions that are or will be affected will be refunded and bookable at later dates.
  • Visa Activation Offer that expires at the end of March (1 Buffet or $20 Dining Credit) has been extended until April 30th

1. How will the “No Play” on my card affect future offers?

As a valued Caesars Rewards member, we have taken into account the temporary closure and rest assured, it will not impact your future offers moving forward.

2. What is Caesars Rewards doing about Caesars Rewards offers and Tier Credits that I missed out on due to the closure? I’m concerned about maintaining my status. Are you offering incentives?

We will be sending updates in the coming weeks about Tier Credits. We will find a way to help you make up for lost time. Since the situation is still evolving, it is too early to make and announce specific changes to the program.

3. My Reward Credits are due to expire. Is Caesars Rewards extending the expiration date?

Yes, we won't expire RC accounts until September 1st.

4. What is the cancellation policy for the Seven Stars Retreat or Diamond Elite Airfare offers?

Guests have the option to find an alternative time to travel. We will hold the airfare credit until a future date. The change fee will be waived, but the guest may be subject to a higher or lower fare depending on when they travel. Guests should check with their host and the hosts should submit the change via the normal channels in SMART. Passport will work with Caesars Rewards Air to un-redeem the hotel portion of their trip in order to re-accommodate them at a later date. The airfare will still show as redeemed; however, the credit will sit with the airline.
